"The first thing I liked about the place is that they have a quick Client info sheet to fill out that asks you your massage preferences, including if you like to talk or prefer silence during the massage.  They learn enough about you without having to take any time away from your massage minutes.

My therapist's name is Etsuko K Rutz, and she was awesome!  Who knew a tiny little lady could be so strong!  ...  She is so sweet that she even sent me some info about a subject we discussed during the massage later that day by email.

I would pay full price for a massage by Etsuko any day."

"When I arrived, I was greeted at the door by Gina, who was my massage therapist.  She was lovely, polite, professional and efficient.  She interviewed me about any conditions I was suffering from, and any areas I wanted her to pay special attention to.  She checked to confirm that I wanted firm to hard pressure, as if some people say they want that, but really they don't.  She was very courteous and attentive, and during the massage, spent extra time in the areas I'd requested.  She checked in with me from time to time, asking if what she was doing was painful or uncomfortable.  She was definitely focused on making sure I had a good experience.Overall, I was very pleased with my experience, and would definitely recommend this place!"

 "I've had lots of massages over the years, but this one was the best, hands down.  I got a great deal on Groupon and had Robin give me her original Five Elements Massage for 90 minutes.  She worked hard to make sure every part of me was relaxed and thoroughly massaged.  Her use of heat & cooling was very new to me and it was really effective.....I will be back!"

"I bought a Groupon and was a bit worried about getting an appointment since a lot of these deals get jammed super fast.  I called to see if I could get in on an impromptu day off, had to leave a message since they don't answer the phones while they are with clients.  

Later that morning I got a call back with openings but since they were for other days I thought "Oh, I'll just call back at another time."  Well, the next day I had another message with more appointment possibilities.  So far, this was great customer service."
