Introduction to Tantric Spirituality
Suitable for all ages and all levels. Bring your kids,
parents, friends and loved ones to this fun and exciting
glimpse at the world of energy and spirit. Tantra is an
ancient
spiritual practice that is very relevant and
helpful in today's world.
You will learn how life force healing energy (Chi or Prana) works in
your body and in the world. Using simple techniques of
Kundalini Yoga, meditation & breathwork, we will
practice harnessing this energy and moving it through
your body to create health, harmony and balance in your
body, your life and the planet.We will
also share an overview of the weekends workshops.

Sat March 31, 10am-4pm - Earth Changes and
Spiritual Awakening
There is a lot of talk these days about global transformation. This includes
physical changes of the planet, but most importantly a change in
consciousness and awareness of the peoples of the world. In this day and age
more people than ever before are beginning to awaken to their true spiritual
origins and potential. It is very exciting, but can also be very frightening
and disturbing if you do not know what to expect.
We will take this day to explore and understand what is happening in the
world and in ourselves. Not only from a left brain understanding, but we
will also practice several spiritual techniques (Kundalini Yoga, meditation,
breathwork) to experience the magic and assist the physical and energy
bodies to more deeply align with these changes.
We will begin the session with a sacred healing ceremony and group
healing session to release large amounts of
stress and energetic debris
that we carry around with us all the time.

The
ancient wisdom of Tantra teaches us that sexuality is beautiful and sacred.
Using different Tantric techniques, this 3 hour class will help both men and
women strengthen their sexual energy and learn to control it for a greater sense
of power and pleasure. We will cover the role of energy in the body, how Tantric
sexuality differs from the Western view of sexuality, how to build and harness
sexual energy, Tantric erogenous zones, and more. Our main goal will be to work with the energetic and spiritual principles of
Tantra, learning to take raw, primal sexual energy from its natural state and
transforming it to a higher state of power, joy, love, wisdom, and ultimately,
Spirit. This is a profound, transformative experience that can ultimately lead
to a state of bliss.

Relationships / Sacred Sexuality
We will create
sacred
space and explore what it takes to manifest and/or sustain the ideal
relationship: one that nurtures and strengthens you and helps you to grow
spiritually. We will discuss how sacred relationships help nurture
and support a healthy process of spiritual growth.
We will also be presenting Tantric teachings of sacred sexuality, and
how we can use sexual energy to heal and strengthen our body and spirit.
